• Spring and summer are the busiest flying seasons. To avoid disappointment we suggest booking your flight as far in advance as possible. There is no penalty if the booking has to be altered.
• All flights are subject to weather, aircraft and pilot availability. If weather on the day of your flight is not suitable for flying, or our aircraft or pilot are not available we will contact you in advance to organize an alternative date and time
• For passenger comfort and safety reasons some combinations of passenger weights are not compatible with a particular helicopter. Passengers need to be able to enter and exit the helicopter unassisted. In this instance we will make every effort to find a suitable alternative that meets the customers needs or provide a full refund.
• For comfort and safety reasons, there is a 300lbs single passenger and 650lb combined weight limit. All passengers are weighed at sign in.

• For comfort and safety reasons, there is a 255lbs weight limit
• No previous experience or license is required
• All flights are weather dependent. If weather on the day of your flight is not suitable for flying your instructor will contact you 
• Dress for the weather. It does get cold on the ramp but the helicopter does have a heater. Dress warm but comfortably. Close toe shoes are required.
• Minimum age is 15 years
• Participants need be over 5″1′ (160cm) tall to reach the controls
• Participants are advised to make their own insurance provisions in case of unforeseen circumstances
